Ensure the company’s compliance with regulations and AML/CFT requirements
Prepare internal memos and reports on compliance
Draft, maintain and assess the company’s compliance and AML framework
Participate in the onboarding procedures for new clients
Perform risk assessments
Coach new staff on regulations and industry practices

A relevant qualification in AML/CFT
A solid understanding of Maltese AML legislation
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Leadership and training skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
