Job Description

The role includes:
Support Senior Compliance Officer in undertaking compliance monitoring across all clients, business activities and licensing projects;
Understand, monitor and review all developments within the regulatory environment of the business, recognising areas which need improvements and acknowledging vulnerabilities within the business;
Provide day to day support to all internal and external stakeholders on any issues around compliance and regulation;
Working in areas such as AML, CTF, Gambling Licence and Legislation, Responsible Gaming, Advertising, Data Protection etc;
Processing compliance-based assessments and reports and professionally presenting them to senior level management within the business;
Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and inform senior staff of these changes accordingly;
Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training for staff;
Undertake regular and ad-hoc compliance reporting and have continuous assessment to improve the control environments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
At least two years of full-time experience in compliance or anti-money laundering within iGaming industry;
Very good English, both written as well as verbal;
Law degree is considered an asset;
Experience in completing compliance assessments across various departments within the business;
Experience related to corporate services and company matters;
Experience working in European regulated markets will be a huge plus;
An understanding of risk management, control and governance;
Knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and obligations;
Knowledge of Data Protection legislation;
An interest or knowledge of iGaming, Sportsbook or Casino highly desirable;
An interest in emerging technologies and a desire to learn;
Strong attention to detail with the ability to research complex topics independently;
High degree of integrity;
Able to make complex topics understandable for people from a non-compliance background;
‘Hands-on’ approach to cross-departmental relationship management;
Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills;
Operate in a team environment with the ability to eventually manage your own.
