Compliance Manager - Swedish

One of our established iGaming operator clients are hiring a Swedish Speaking Compliance Manager to ensure that the Group is compliant with its SGA license obligations.

Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee control systems to prevent violations of regulations and internal policies
Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
Revise procedures and reports periodically to address compliance and risks scenarios
Keeps abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Occasionally travel and or attend to industry conferences
Support compliant business operations by providing the business with advice
Compilation and maintenance of reports, returns and notifications for stakeholders
Build and manage a sound relationship with all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English languages
At least 1 year experience in a similar role within the Gaming Industry
Experience of dealing with the Swedish regulator (SGA)
The ability to understand and evaluate regulatory requirements and advise on implementation
Experience of collation and reporting of high-level complex material
A methodical approach to research and recording information
High level of verbal and numerical reasoning ability
Legal or Compliance qualification considered an asset
