We’re looking for a Community Associate to join our team and help us in creating an incredible environment for our members and overseeing the day to day operations and really be the face of OneCoWork.

At OneCoWork, you will;

Support the Community Management team in their following objectives:

• Be the first and last point of contact for your OneCoWork
• Create a truly welcoming, innovative and collaborative coworking environment through the building of relationships between members
• Maintain the building in full operational capacity
• Welcoming guests, check them in and pass them to members when necessary
• Managing set up of all tours, assisting in parts of the member onboarding
• Organising all front desk administration (e.g. telephone enquiries, daily inspirational quotes, order handling, member related queries)
• Assisting community management in organisation, set-up and breakdown of events (including after-works)
• Brainstorming community initiatives in order to develop curated connections between members. Including: Introductions, event support, email and print communications.
• Being an active member of the OneCoWork community, both online and offline


Building Operations and Management

• Managing move-ins and move-outs; distribute member welcome packs to new members
• Assisting with building operations and coordinate with maintenance to ensure the highest level of member experience
• Managing control access activations
• Ensuring the building is clean and well kept
• Ordering daily consumables in a timely fashion and monitoring stock
• Submitting building expenses to the finance department for expense reports
• Mailing and Packages distribution to members
• Identifying issues for escalation to community and management teams
• Managing the kitchen, amenity, and honesty market re-stocking process

Requirements

What we’re looking for;

• A positive, do-whatever-it-takes attitude
• Customer service, hospitality and/or sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
• A passion for entrepreneurial communities and dynamic environments
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
• A fast thinker with a dynamic mindset
• A strong understanding of OneCoWork’s values
