Client Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking to recruit a Client Onboarding Coordinator for one of our clients, an established global financial services provider. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Be responsible for the onboarding and integration of new Fund Services clients in the region
Coordinate client adoptions, account openings, review funds, offer documentation and legal agreements, coordinate internal system set ups, and take care of project planning
Coordinate internal functions to onboard new clients including Service Delivery Teams, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure all new launches and conversions are successfully project managed
Provide regular status updates of onboardings and conversions to new clients
Participate in regional new business meetings and provide updates to senior management and client services teams on integration projects assigned
Assist in the production of the new business report and other KPI / management reports

What are you expected to bring?

An excellent knowledge of funds industry
Experience working on Hedge and Private Equity funds as well as different fund structures
Knowledge of Custody/Depository services regulatory framework will be considered an advantage
Good project management skills
A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
The ability to work on your own initiative
