Client Administrator (Trust Administrator)

Job Description

Our client is a global advisory, administration and family office firm providing seamless multi- jurisdictional legal, tax, fiduciary, investment and fund administration services to corporate, institutional and private clients.

Summary of the position
• The Client Administrator will deal with the day-to-day duties of providing administration services to a portfolio of multi-jurisdictional trusts and companies.

Responsibilities:
• Administer the formation of trusts and the incorporation of companies
• Liaise with clients, professional advisors and other third parties
• Prepare documents in relation to transactions, including minutes and resolutions
• Maintain company and trust records, including due diligence
• Follow policies and procedures
• Be able to work independently whilst working in a team environment
• Ensure files are maintained in a correct manner
• Contribute to the achievement of the team's Key Performance Indicators
• Perform all aspects of company and trust administration
• Conduct risk reviews and annual client reviews
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required
• Responsibility for Risk Management
o Recognize and contribute to the mitigation of risks
o Responsibility for implementing and maintaining controls relevant to the position

Requirements

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 -3 years' recent experience in the administration of trusts and international companies
• Have the ability to work as a member of a team
• Have a pro-active approach to work and a positive can-do attitude
• Have the ability to work as a member of their immediate team or a wider team across different jurisdictions
• Be fluent in English and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and management in a number of different jurisdictions
• Be highly organised with a systematic work method and good attention to detail
• Have an ability to prioritise and plan a challenging workload
• Be computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office

Reporting structure
• The Client Administrator will report to the Head of Office, and will liaise with staff across offices.
