Job Description
We are looking for Call Centre Agents to join a department that strives for excellent customer service. If you are passionate about assisting customers and enjoy the flexibility of working shifts, we want to hear from you.
What is expected of you?
Assist all customers via email and telephone.
Ensure that all inbound contacts presented during shift are dealt with during the required SLA timeframes and manner.
Ensure professional and quality communication with customers is maintained
Enhance and improve customer experience and relationships.
