I AM LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL TO SCREEN TENANTS FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES. I NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE PHONE CALLS AND ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT I WILL PROVIDE THE ANSWERS FOR WITH SCRIPTS.
I WILL NEED SOMEONE TO BE ABLE TO:
-SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
-CAN ANSWER PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS IN A TIMELY MANOR
-CAN DIRECT CALLERS WHERE THEY NEED TO GO
-MAKE FOLLOW UP CALLS TO OLD LEADS
-FOLLOW SCRIPTS FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES ON WHAT TO SAY
YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO BE ON CALL OR RETURN CALLS PROMPTLY FOR PROPERTIES FOR RENT AND BE ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT WILL HAVE SCRIPTS WITH ANSWERS TO.
