Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in the credit processing department and handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls. The conversations are to be entered into a database and followed up with. This position comes with a possibility to convert to a perm position. The ideal candidate has call (inbound/outbound) experience, excellent phone demeanor and strong attention to detail. An outgoing and friendly personality is vital, as well as the ability to multi-task and remain organized.

Responsibilities:
- Field a high volume of calls form a various business professionals
- Provide high quality customer service that positively affects the company brand
- Researching and verifying creditor information
- Employment and income verification
- Proofreading forms and checks
- Interpretation of credit reports and content

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

--Customer communication both written and verbal
