We are currently seeking to hire a high-energy, committed Business Development Representative with Norwegian to join our rapidly expanding telesales team.

In this role you will help your senior colleagues generate new opportunities by strategically identifying clients of all levels, that have attended technical events all over the globe. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunities.

What you'll do:

- Manage, qualify, and profile new leads from the database of companies that had attended specific IT and technical events with aim to produce qualified opportunities
- Interact with and qualify prospects via phone and email
- Detail interactions with prospects as activities and notes in a CRM to ensure effective pipeline management, and provide feedback upon request
- Assist senior colleagues in developing and executing high value presentations and product demonstrations
- Provide market feedback and specific feedback to the direct management, to ensure continuous process optimization, and a structured/productive communication flow.

Requirements

- Native level of Norwegian;
- Fluent in English;
- Previous experience in sales or dealing with business contacts is a plus;
- Reasonable working knowledge of the IT industry;
- Strong communication and networking skills;
- Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual.
