Business Development Agent

Our partner is one of the leading BPO service providers in Bulgaria. Currently they’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Agent with Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Greek, Romanian.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Active participation in the Sales processes, Bid/RFP procedures;
* Preparation of contracts and offers for current or potential clients;
* Organization and coordination of business meetings, creating presentations etc.;
* Actively communicate with other departments in regards to business solution preparations;
* Managing existing and potential contract agreements, implementations and providing expertise to other departments within the company.

Requirements:
* Excellent level of Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Greek, Romanian;
* Experience on a relevant position - Business Development, Sales, Project Management/ Coordination etc.;
* Working knowledge of the BPO sector will be considered an advantage;
* Previous experience with Bid/RFP and negotiations;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Highly responsible and stress-resistant personality.
