Business Analyst

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst.

The Job.

The Business Analyst will support to rollout of small size projects around global or local projects and perform the analysis required for Business As usual and work request on existing applications. The main tasks include:

– Collect requirements through users’ interviews, requirements workshops, storyboard etc.
– Redact functional design documents, vendor specifications and solution design document
– Design AS IS and TO BE models
– Perform Gap analysis and change impact analysis
– Perform testing and facilitate UAT
– Prepare and deliver training material for end users
– Liaise with regional contracts regularly to ensure updates and communication on BAU / work request releases
– Perform AdHoc analysis as required

The Profile.

The ideal candidate has a non-technical experience and background as Business Analyst and strong interpersonal skills.

– Excellent level of English (speaking French would be a plus)
– 3 years of experience as Business Analyst or similar
– Experience in the consultancy sector in a customer facing role
– Analytical, creative and a curious mind
– Excellent stakeholder management skills
– Positive attitude
– Resilience to workload and pressure
– Excellent written and oral skills
