Job Description
Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Logistics domain business processes
• Exposure to end to end business processes and functions in finance with respect to manufacturing industries - discrete manufacturing and Project based industries.
• Have a good understanding of financial concepts in the areas of AP, AR, GL, cost accounting, standard cost and valuation, project based invoicing, cost and revenue accruals, etc.
• Strong experience in projects dealing with data - reporting, dashboards, KPIs, data consolidation, data mapping, master data, data quality, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to elicit implicit and explicit requirements from business .
• Strong documentation skills in documenting the defined definitions and business rules with a level of detail that can be used by the development team.
• Experience in working in projects that follow an Agile methodology (Release, Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming etc) , distributed delivery model (on & offshore).
• Understanding of the following source systems will be desirable - SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP BW, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, IFS, etc.
