The Business Analyst role encompasses:
• engagement with business users to accurately and efficiently capture business needs sufficient to generate functional specifications with minimal supervision
• would suit candidates from a technical development background as will be working with solutions architects and applications developers to provide relevant and sufficient functional details
• ability to operate comfortably and independently in the role for projects ranging from 30 to 200 development (build) days
• demonstrating ability to monitor and report project progress to business and IT management in a succinct and timely manner

The successful Business Analyst requirements:
• 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst - mandatory
• business skills from areas such as: Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital Services, Change Management, Transformation, Business Intelligence, IT and Networks
• Experience of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery
• Experience on Stakeholder Analysis & Management
• Experience on Facilitation Techniques
• Requirements Analysis
• Business System Modelling
• Business Process Modelling
• Data analysis techniques
• Customer Experience modelling
• Developing Scenarios & presenting to business & IT stakeholders
• Experience using a wide-range of techniques for eliciting and documenting requirements and modelling systems, including writing use cases and user stories
• Business analysis methods best practice and skills (e.g. UML)
• First rate communication skills, and ability to influence senior non-technical and technical staff
• excellent organizational skills, with the ability to concurrently work on several projects and deliver on time and to budget, to appropriate quality levels
• Team player, who is comfortable working in a fast moving environment
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and people skills
• Can do attitude and flexibility
