Business Administration Associate

Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Business Administration Associate to form part of the Business Development & Corporate Services Division, for one of our clients.

What is expected of you?

Assist the Corporate Services team in the turnkey fund formation process, including but not limited to assisting clients to open and set up accounts and the maintenance of electronic data;
Coordinate and assist in business development initiatives;
Perform research and analysis related to business development;
General administrative duties, including but not limited to filing, report preparation and preparation of Board Meetings.

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

Diploma in financial services or a closely related field; or 6 ‘O’ levels and 1 ‘A’ level
Experience in the financial services;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. While being highly proficient in English;
Eager to learn, self-motivated and have a keen eye for attention to detail, while being a team player
