Branch Manager

We recruit for our client, a company in the industrial field in Cluj: 

The Branch Manager has the responsibility to organize and coordinate the operations of the office in Cluj-Napoca.

He will also take client requests from Romania and Hungary, process them and forward them to the corresponding department (Sales, Service, Project management, Area manager) from the HQ.

He will assure a direct and fast information flow between the local clients and the contact person from the HQ. He will represent the company in East Europe and maintain an active contact with the clients.

His main objective: develop relations with the existing clients and generate future contracts with new clients. Contact data and information will be transmitted to the HQ on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

- Organization and supervision of the branch in Cluj
- Project management for automation equipments in close cooperation with the project manager from the HQ
-Interface between the local clients and the departments from HQ (Service,Development and Assembly)
- Consultancy for the clients
- Developing new client relationships, building on existing client relationships
- Support the sales team from the HQ
- Give technical answers to clients’ requests
- Project management at the HQ of end-clients
- Making sure that the works are implemented in DL at the HQ of the clients

- Technical studies (Elektrotechnik, Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 5 years work experience in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Special machine building
- Practical experience with clients
- Assertiveness, autonomous work, focus on objectives
- Very good communication skills
- German or English advanced spoken and written
Availability to travel (Germany, Romania, Hungary)
