What will be your main functions?
You’ll have a very important role in our team!
You’ll be responsible for managing our clients, whether by email or phone, to advise and offer them the service most suited to their needs, manage modifications and cancellations of bookings, answer questions and guarantee the excellent service that we offer, thereby creating customer loyalty. And of course any suggestion of yours for improvement will be very welcome!
As you can see, your role will be key to achieving sales targets and ensuring that Exoticca remains unique!

Requirements
What do we ask of you?
Minimum training in FPI/FPI/CFGM/CFGS (ideally in tourism)
Minimum of three years experience as a travel/booking agent in demanding, international and changing environments
Experience in handling complaints.
Experience in reservations at the administrative and operational level
Results oriented
Mastery or spoken and written English (essential)
Knowledge of long-distance tourist products
Knowledge of Amadeus booking system
Motivated by innovative projects, capacity to adapt to changing environments, ability to surmount obstacles, ambition.
People skills, relational capacity, empathy, problem resolution.
Availability to work full time from Monday to Friday (11am-8pm with 1 hour for lunch)
