Billing Assistant (German, Polish)

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Billing Assistant.


The Job.

In this role you will be supporting Order to Cash department along with the Billing and Compliance team:

– Manage the monthly closing deadlines & provide good reporting to our internal Controlling teams
– Create, control & process invoices into our Accounting system
– Guide the Front Office through the Billing & Revenue Recognition processes
– Identify and solve inconsistencies in the revenue
– Help the team in process improvements & tasks management

Requirements

The Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English and German and/or Polish (written/spoken)
– You have a Business or Administration Degree
– You have a good knowledge of MS Office
– You are able to work under pressure
– You have organization and prioritization skills
– You have problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
– You have superb communication skills
– You are dynamic, organized with a methodical approach
