Bid Specialist with English

For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic IT solutions – we are looking for a Bid Specialist with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertake research and assist the bid submission process;
* Partner with the sales and delivery teams and collect information in order to provide optimal
solutions for potential clients;
* Create correct bid documentation in compliance with the company’s procedures;
*Ensure that bids are complete and submitted on time – assess timeframes on bids and ensure correct financial parameters.

Requirements:
* Excellent English;
* Previous experience on a similar position;
* Excellent PC literacy;
* Great organisational and negotiation capabilities;
* Good business sense and commercial awareness;
* Development-focused and change embracing personality;
* Solutions design and/or procurement background would be an advantage.
