Job Description

Do you have a client orientated attitude? Are you able to work under pressure? If so, a start-up company within the Forex industry is seeking to recruit an assertive Back Office & Customer Services Agent to join their growing team!

What is expected of you?

Basic inbound customer support queries
Support the account manager’s portfolio
Summarize information from the database
Ensure client deposits are successful
Follow up on enquires and/or complaints sent to the team from internal stakeholders and/or clients
Monitor the team regarding their leads and deposits
Assist with updating deposits
Assist with training for new agents
Conduct system updates such as passwords, system errors, client information
Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by management

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

A-level qualifications
Proficiency in MsOffice especially word and excel
Be Assertive, strong and confident
Be able to multi-task
Must be flexible and willing to adapt
Excellent English communications skills
