Associate Service Manager - Malta

Job Description

Our client helps companies to engage employees, inspire ethical conduct and manage key conduct risks with e-learning. Today our client is a leader in providing bribery e-learning and serves courses to over 600 companies mainly in the UK but with over a million individual users spread around the world.

Overview of role:
Your role involves helping managing the e-learning portals and all aspect of their e-learning programme. You are expected to:
• Act as a partner - strike a good working relationship with each client administrator
• Set up and configure learning portals for clients
• Add users, assign courses, and set up communications in consultation with client administrator
• Provide support to client administrator and users via email and telephone
• Train clients on learning portal using webcasts
• Make minor edits to e-learning courseware, set up surveys and assessments, upon the instructions of client administrators
• Suggest improvements to client administrators and obtain feedback on our performance
• Help other Service Managers to support their clients
• Engage clients continually to provide useful information, new release announcements, and learn about their needs and future plans
• Provide excellent service and engagement to drive the renewal of our subscriptions and to turn clients in promoters

Experience and Competencies
• Experience in customer support or tech support in an online operation (ideally business to business)
• Experience with Excel databases and / or CRM and / or HR databases (applying filters, cleaning data)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A calm and pleasing manner on the phone
• Ability to work with MS Office

Requirements
Background includes tech support, customer support (in a remote/online operation, not in a shop or office). Essential competencies include excellent spoken and written English, a calm and pleasing manner on the phone, ability to work with MS Office and a level of comfort with web-based application. Experience with Excel/database (applying filters, cleaning data) and any CRM would be a plus.
