For one of our clients – one of the world leaders in the outsourcing business – we are looking for Assistant Account Manager with Czech, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle to all related questions to user support and troubleshooting via phone and/or email;
* Enter and process client orders;
* Act as a liaison between the client and Account Manager;
* Handle to all related questions to user support and troubleshooting via phone and/or email;
* Handle Quality Assurance issues that may arise with orders;
* Responsible for effective communication and escalation of the customers requests.
Requirements
Requirements for the role:
* Excellent communication skills;
* Fluency in Czech, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian is a must;
* Good level of English - at least level B2;
* Keen attention to detail;
* Team-player;
* Self motivation and pro-activity.
