App Customer Adviser (Norwegian)

This French BPO company works with reputed worldwide brands and keeps growing at a fast pace.

For Getaround, one of their partners, they are looking for highly motivated Norwegian customer care specialists to join their young and international team in Barcelona (Poblenou area). This dynamic bunch of French, Spanish, Italian, German and Nordic professionals is the key point of contact between the client and the customers.

The Job.

You will be in charge of the customer relations with the Getaround members by replying to their requests via email, chat and on the phone. Key aspects of the role include:

– Advising customers about the products
– Providing professional and friendly client support
– Responding to inquiries and finding suitable solutions to customers’ issues
– Ensuring quality and professional service
– Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction

The Profile.

– You are a native Norwegian speaker, with fluency in English
– Previous experience is desirable but not mandatory
– You have excellent communication skills, with a high level of writing and typing ability
– You have good soft skills, in particular patience, empathy and understanding
– You are customer and quality-oriented
– You are a supportive team player, open-minded and always ready to help
– You are looking for a long-term and stable opportunity in Barcelona

The Offer.

– Salary: 19.950 euros + a performance and attendance bonus of more than 2000 euros
– A full-time job (39 hours/week), 3-month contract initially, followed by one-year contract or indefinite
– Schedule: Monday to Sunday rotation: 08:00 – 17:00 or 13:00 – 22:00 / 2 weekends off per month
– A fully paid training
– A stable position with exciting growing and career opportunities
– A great working environment different from the usual call-center atmosphere, in a cozy office conveniently located in the Poblenou area

Requirements
