- Diagnostics and resolution of incidents
- Contact, articulation and follow-up of incidents with different IT teams
- Implementation of action plans and reports for recurrent incidents, recurring spots
- Incident management, inventory tracking (re qualification, assignment, monitoring)

Requirements
Knowledge of ticketing tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA Incident Management System or similar
- Pack Office
- Very good knowledge of standard platforms (Microsoft, Aix, Linux, AS / 400) and shell scripting
- You have solid knowledge in the use of databases including ORACLE, Sybase and must master the SQL query.
