Aeronautical Sales Manager

SEM aeropace has launched a new job site in Mallorca focused on aircraft painting, currently the only aircraft painting facility in Spain and we are willing to complete the team with a SALES MANAGER.
Therefore, we are seeking an aeronautical Sales Manager to lead the client relations and sales operations. The role is based in Palma de Mallorca airport, and will report to Aeronautical Manager, Sales Director and CEO.
If you are interested, your main RESPONSIBILITIES would be:
Active search of clients in the aeronautical sector and airlines (international airlines, private operators and leasing companies).
Negotiate contracts and follow up on them.
Search for new business opportunities
Analyse the needs of the client and provide adapted technical solutions.
Participate and coordinate MRO fairs and work shows.
Resolve customer queries.
Preparation and supervision of financial proposals or offers.
it would be necessary to visit clients along South Europe

We are seeking for someone with:
Relevant business experience in the aeronautical sector, with knowledge of airline operations
Higher university education (Engineering), preferably Aeronautical or Chemical.
Demonstrated technical competence in the aviation industry.
Sales character: with ability to effectively articulate and communicate to customers the main value offers of the company's services.
Fluent English
Ability to communicate in Spanish
Availability to travel.
Negotiating capacity.
Initiative and facility for decision making.
Team work.

It will be very valued:
Experience in painting or coating industries
Knowledge of MRO
Fluent in other languages.
