Advanced Salesforce Administrator
Job Description
Our client is a large Global Alliance Salesforce implementation partner with worldwide presence on a hyper growth mode in the United States and is immediately seeking to on-board an Advanced Salesforce Admin / Data Architect. This is a Full time position in San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 with a salary range of 120k to 140K per year.
You will be working by the beachfront with Salesforce developers, administrators and product managers, and will be providing guidance while also being hands on.
You will be leading an offshore team. This role also involves a lot of client facing interactions and to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
Working experience as an Advanced Admin with Hands-on development.
4-5 years of development background but majorly on data migration.
Experience with Data Architecture, data cleansing, maintaining data standardization, etc.
Experience with ETL tools.
SFDC Advanced Administrator Certification is a major plus.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, Business degree is a plus.
Working experience as an Advanced Admin with Hands-on development.
