Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

Job Description

A growing Property Management company is looking to add part-time administrative assistant for office located near Cobb Galleria. Typical job duties will entail:
- Answering calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments
- Drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Using computers for various applications, such as maintain/updating customer details, invoicing, accounting, etc.
- Operating office equipment, such as a printer, fax machines, copiers, and phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
- Corresponding and scheduling with external vendors and suppliers
- Other office work as assigned by the manager

Requirements

Qualified candidate must be eligible to work in the USA and will have the following qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalence (e.g GED)
- 1+ year of experience in similar or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and office suite products (Word, excel, powerpoint)
- Email and social media marketing experience is not required but will be an asset
- Previous experience in working with Real Estate Brokers/agents, Property Manager is not required but will be an asset
