Accounts Clerk Full-time (Reduced)

If you are numerate and want to kick start your accountancy career, we want to hear from you! A client of ours operating within the Entertainment industry is seeking to recruitment an Accounts Clerk on a full-time reduced hours basis.

What is expected of you?

Take ownership of supplier invoices posting procedure such as recording of purchase orders in accounting system, verification and approval from managers of any incoming supplier invoices and posting such invoices with correct nominal code, stock codes and VAT allocation
Post receipts in accounting software daily
Make sure that all jobs done in the company are finalized and brought down to accounts for invoicing
Check all finalized jobs from the sales department for correctness prior to posting and sending the invoices to the client
Send sales invoices to clients and following any issues which may arise after the job has been complete
Finalize jobs which are invoiced to clients after the job has been complete and organize all the paperwork necessary for filing
Coordinate and organize any commissionable amounts payable or receivable with clients and suppliers and post such transactions in accounting system
Occasionally send out statements to clients

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of O’level Accounts
Experience in an Accounts environment will be considered an asset
Ability to work in a team environment
Effective communication skills
