Access Administrator - WORK FROM HOME

Reporting to the Clinical Support Help Desk Manager/Team Lead, the Access Administrative Analyst is responsible for provisioning user requests to create accounts, add, modify or delete user access to multiple systems or applications supported by the Clinical Support Help Desk (CSHD).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer user data and respond to queries in a timely manner
Edit learning curriculum and send out training invites
Management of user data using client provided tools (i.e., account provisioning, deactivation, modification)
Maintain technical proficiency with client tools
Suggest process improvements to improve quality and consistency
Preparation of Knowledge Base entries
Contact with client when it is necessary to clarify a specific process

Requirements

Required Technical Skills:

Proficient with Windows operating system and applications – email, online chat
High proficiency with MS Office Suite, high level MS Excel expertise
Solid computer keyboarding, multiple monitor and touchpad skills
General understanding of various software and hardware
Required Soft Skills:

Fluency in English, spoken and written
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Exceptional organization, planning and time management skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Proven ability to work under pressure and in a very fast paced environment
Ability to adapt based on rapidly changing client needs; high level of flexibility is required
Capacity to take initiative and think outside the box if necessary
Must be able to communicate professionally in a written and verbal capacity
Must be a team player and demonstrate a strong work ethic
