We are thrilled to announce that we are looking for 2nd level email application support specialists with English for their brand new project!

Essential Job Functions:
*Provide technical support services to clients regarding complex cases primarily via email and possibly via phone on later stages;
*Assist with application integration and ensure customer satisfaction;
*Assists in application implementation;
*Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams in order to resolve technical issues;
*Maintain correct case documentation and follow up regarding updates.

Requirements

Requirements and qualifications:
*Fluencyin English;
*Previous experience on a technical support position;
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
*Good understanding of HTML and CSS;
*Bonus points for experience with application program interface and software as a service.
