Essential Job Functions:
* Provide technical support to external clients primarily via email and possibly via phone on later stages;
*Manage ticketed query system and ensure that cases are resolved in a timely manner;
* Assists in application implementation;
*Ensure that the app is up and running as expected;
*Deliver expertise and follow the established procedures.

Requirements and qualifications:
* Fluency in English;
*Proven technical support and troubleshooting experience;
*Great interpersonal skills;
*Good understanding of HTML and CSS;
*Bonus points for experience with JavaScript and SQL queries.
