Program Description

POSITION’S MISSION / OBJECTIVE
The main objective of this position is to add revenue to the company by increasing sales and generating new leads.

MAIN TASKS / ACTIVITIES
• Seek out potential clients, pre-qualify them, record and update clients’ relevant information in SalesForce.com during the Sales process.
• Prepare presentations for clients.
• Maintain a consistent and thorough understanding of your “Top Ten Accounts”
• Maintain a high call volume of 100+ calls per day, 500 per week with at least 90 documented conversations.
• Properly document all activities in Salesforce.com. Turn in Weekly Sales Reports, Pipeline reports, and “Top Ten Account” reports
• Provide Account Managers with information needed for customer conversations.

RESULTING RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Add value to ITC. Find new leads and sales opportunities.
• Ensure clients know about all of our products. Meet clients' needs.
• Give clients personalized attention and ensure they feel their needs are our priority.
• Ensure efficiency by acquiring the necessary methodology and experience.
• Ensure good communication flow within the department. Help ensure efficiency and productivity all across the group.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Reports to: Practice Manager
External relations with: Clients
Internal relations: Practice Manager, Consultants, Recruiting, Sales

CONTEXT
Multi-cultural context which requires a pro active attitude towards diversity and the ability to leverage the richness of multi-cultural backgrounds.
New Sales Representatives go through a 1-month group-training program during which they will learn the fundamental aspects of performing international ERP consulting services in Oracle Applications. After completing 12-18 months in Hyderabad, India, top performers will be rewarded with international assignment transfers to the US or Costa Rica.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
• Graduates of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication skills in English - Native level fluency required.
• Additional fluency in Spanish, French and German desireable.
• Microsoft Office suite Excel – PowerPoint- Word
• Self Confidence, ambition, high commitment to exceed performance expectations.
• Ability to work together in a team as well as take the lead; business and result-oriented approach; strong business analytical skills.

POTENTIAL CAREER PATH
After 1-2 years, successful salespersons will be given opportunities to relocate to the US as Account Manager – Regional Account Manager – Sales Director

NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 6

WORKING SHIFT: Eastern or Pacific Time (6pm to 3am or 9pm to 6am)
Will be working for US or LATAM operations.
