Our objective is to provide our volunteers with an experience that covers those aspects that make the international volunteer experience as fulfilling as possible;
-Maximizing volunteer participation
-Allowing volunteers to make optimal use of their competencies
-Assuring volunteers can also have their fair share of FUN (we aim for a healthy ratio of efficient help: spirited play)
-Providing the tools for our volunteers to connect with the local community
-Assuring safety, accommodation and food hygiene standards are met
