Master of Science in Management

This specialisation is aimed at ambitious students who wish to obtain a broad perspective of international business management skills and methods to achieve their professional objectives, as well as working
specialists who want to improve and upgrade their management strategies.
Students will achieve an exhaustive understanding of various topics of international business and management focusing on cross-national business success and introducing subjects such as: globalisation of business and the complexity of the international environment, trade theories, international business decision making, international project management, internationalisation strategies and entry modes across borders.

Master of Science in Marketing

The specialisation in Marketing offers both students and professionals the possibility to enhance their international marketing profile and prepares them for an extensive variety of careers in marketing management such as Brand Management, Product Development, Retailing, Services Marketing, Business to Business Marketing and Marketing for non-profit organisations.
Students will achieve an exhaustive understanding of business sectors where companies require specific competences to solve a varied scale of marketing problems like in Market Research, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations and Direct Marketing.

Master of Science in Finance

This specialisation is aimed at ambitious students and professionals who wish to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the international finance and banking sector.
The course focuses on the principles of financing and investment decisions and their effect across a wide range of contemporary management concerns. Students will obtain a broad perception of various topics of international banking and finance such as value assessment, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, management accounting and decision techniques. The Master programme in Finance prepares fund managers, specialised financial experts, investment forecasters and trade analysts.

Master of Science (MSc) in Management, Marketing or Finance

Term 1: 5 core courses
Term 2: 6 courses linked to the student's specialization (Management, Marketing, Finance)
Term 3: Internship*
Term 4: Final Dissertation

Additional workshops, guest speakers and company visits.

*In this phase of the programme students complete a three months (international) Internship in a sector relevant to their chosen specialisation and compose a report based on their experience.
Each campus has an Internship office which guides students in defining their career path and placing them in a company of their choice. We have a network of over 1,500 partner companies worldwide. The high quality of the ESE Internship provides each student the possibility of entering a company/business area which best reflects his/her preference. The ESE Internship also highly increases self-development and employability of our students.
