Program Description
Objectives and Perspectives
Students will be able to coordinate, analyze, plan and follow through on the activities of business organizations and institutions. Skills will be built on in the fields of methodology, applied economics, social sciences and economics. Students will have the essential foundational knowledge to follow through to the second (MA) phase of their studies.

Students who have completed the BA course will be able to:
- Successfully accomplish tasks for positions in business organizations
- Provide problem-solving approaches to issues and obstacles facing companies
- Communicate clearly in both national and international business areas using knowledge of foreign languages and Information Technology (IT) skills
- Ability to adapt to a variety of environments and further careers through enhancing their experiences and continuing their professional education; widening course knowledge gained through hands-on experience
- Independently accomplish tasks in range of fields within companies
- Accomplish management functions in organizations
Background
There are about 40 staff members in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Around 40% of these individuals are full or associate professors. A majority of these instructors and staff members speak fluent English. They also possess a wide educational experience. The campus is well equipped with several computer laboratories and a comprehensive research library.
International Relations
We are affiliated with around 30 higher education institutions from across the globe. While many of these ties are through the ERASMUS program, we also have bilateral agreements and a successful ATLANTIS Project.

In our BA in Management and Administration Program, We feature a compulsory professional practical placement. To this end, we have a wide network of ties with local and regional financial and government institutions as well as local and regional business organizations. We also have a more in-depth cooperation agreement with several multinational institutions (Henkel, Ernst & Young, National Instruments, Teva), financial institutions (CIB Bank, Erste Bank, K&H Bank), the local government and the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
