Ecuador Orphanage Program
Program Description
This program provides attention and care to children who are babies up until 4 months old. We help to stimulate their minds through songs and games so that they can develop in a healthy manner and gain independence. Many of these children have single mothers, and so we provide care while the mothers work. This is a fun project with lots of energy!
We have about 90 children who come to our daycare center and nursery on a daily basis. As a volunteer, you will assist with necessary chores such as preparing meals with the staff, putting the children down for naps, playing with toddlers, and feeding.
You can combine this project with our Language and Cultural Immersion.
