Voyager Spain - Madrid+Segovia+Cordoba+Seville+Barcelona+++

Study in Madrid, Segovia, Toledo, Bilbao, Cordoba, Seville and Barcelona. Take classes from world-renowned professors on the campus of the College of International Studies (CIS) in Madrid. For the length of the program, students stay in a modern air-conditioned university residence with private bath and free Wi-Fi. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. In Madrid, students are served breakfast and dinner at the residence, have unlimited access to the on premises fitness center and outdoor pool. Students travel between cities by plane or high speed train. When traveling stays are in highly-rated four-star city-center hotels. Students receive buffet breakfast daily when traveling. Participants are immersed in the art, history and culture of Spain. Each of our courses include city-specific activities that enrich the course and make Voyager Spain unique among study abroad programs. Voyager Europe is a summer like no other! Voyager Spain courses meet or exceed accreditation standards in the United States and abroad. Students can choose up to two classes and earn up to six credits. Credits earned from Voyager Europe classes are transferrable to the student’s home university. Classes are Spanish for the Professions and Culture of Spain Class.

Voyager Spain students have the option to participate in the 10-day Voyager Cruise Program - Rome, Santorini, Mykonos, Athens and Olympia.

Course related activities include city walking tours in every city; professional seminars at El Corte Ingles (retail) and Renfe (railroad) (Madrid); museum visits to Reina Sofia and the Prado (Madrid), the Guggenheim and the Euskal Museoa (Bilbao); cultural visits to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (Real Madrid CF), Royal Palace (Madrid), Cathedral and Alcazar (Segovia), Sephardic Museum and Cathedral (Toledo), Mosque (Cordoba), Alcazar, Cathedral, Bullfighting Museum and Flamenco Show (Seville); Parc Güell, Magic Fountain at Montjuic, Sagrada Familia and Camp Nou (FC Barcelona) (Barcelona); and cultural activities including a tapas tasting (Madrid) and Spanish cooking class (Barcelona).
