Summer School on Development, Sustainability & Globalization

The Prague Summer School on Development, Sustainability and Globalization 2017 aims at enriching the discussion on the new tasks for global development. The program is conceptualized within a broad intellectual framework, as the study of development challenges cannot discern, for instance, the debate on food production and consumption, the debate on environmental impacts, or existing institutional arrangements based on political negotiations and multilateral cooperation.
The multidisciplinary approach of the summer school is indeed the key to better understanding the underlying drivers of development in a globalized world: it is only by addressing the full set of political, economic, technological and environmental aspects connected to development cooperation, that we can conceptualize a successful way forward!
