Program Description
Quito is remarkable, diverse city that is located in the northern region of South America, near Columbia. This city mixes South American, European, and indigenous cultures to create a totally unique cultural experience. Listed as the number one most significant city on the World Heritage List, Quito gives the one-of-a-kind experience of a city where first, second, third, and even fourth worlds collide.
This is a great location for students yearning to master the Spanish language, gain global work experiences through Spanish internships, and volunteer. If students stay longer than 4 weeks in Quito they are eligible for volunteer experience with local hospitals.
Students will be studying at Academia Latinoamericana, a world class institution known for immersive Spanish language courses and Andean culture with small, personalized classes. It is accredited by the ministry of education in Ecuador and an accredited member of the Latin American Council of Spanish Academies.
