Cooking Program in Buenos Aires (Optional Spanish Classes)

The Mente Argentina Cooking Program will introduce to the world of Argentine cuisine which has elements of Italian and Spanish dishes. During this program, students will be able to learn about the techniques and methods that are a part of Argentine cuisine. Classes range from all levels of beginner to advanced. Participants will be instructed in how to prepare South American and Argentine dishes using modern techniques and fascinating flavor combinations. Our one month cooking course is based on the preparation of classes dishes, light dishes, meat entrees, cakes, and other desserts. We also offer a two week intensive cooking program which will show students the basic methods of South American cuisine in six engaging classes. Whether you want to enroll in one or both, you will be sure to have a blast cooking Argentinian dishes.

- This course is offered to beginners and advanced levels, especially those who wish to expand their knowledge and skills
- Lessons usually do not start until the afternoon and are flexible to suit each participants' schedule while allowing free time to go on excursions and explore the city
- At the end of each lesson, students can taste each dish and experiment with a wine pairing
- Lessons cap at six students in order to allow participants to benefit from personal attention
