Twitter Marketing Specialist

At Elite Inc (https://www.eliteinc.com/) we need a Twitter hotshot to help us develop a digital training program on how to succeed with Twitter marketing.
Much like Netflix has a subscription program where you can access thousands of movies and mini series, we have a subscription program where for a low flat fee, entrepreneurs and internet marketers can learn about a variety of traffic sources.
We are currently looking for a Twitter specialist do develop a foundations training program, even if you have no experience in developing training programs.
We have an entire product development department that will help you with the curriculum design, production, etc. so you need not worry about that.
You just need to have demonstrable expertise in the field.
You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

1. Please provide us some background on your expertise with Twitter
2. What kinds of industries and businesses can benefit most from Twitter?
