Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Help customers resolve simple issues with a particular product or functionality;
• Provide users with instructions via email, chat, and phone;
• Report to the team manager or team supervisor;
• Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level

• Must speak Croatian or Polish at fluent level (C1) and English at good level
• Good communication skills;
• Can-do attitude;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma – mandatory
