Support Specialist for household appliances

For one of our clients – one of the leaders on a global scale– we are looking for
Support Specialist for household appliances with Hungarian.

Main Responsibilities:
*Client support vie phone and e-mails;
*Customer service for household equipment – multicookers, toothbrushes, maternity productsand etc.;
*Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns;
*Providing full customer care and making sure no client’s question is left without an appropriate answer.

Requirements:
*Fluency in one of these languages - Croatian, Czech, Estonian, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Ukrainian;
*Good English skills – B1-B2;
*Good verbal, analytical and organizational skills;
*Focused on clients’ needs and requests;
*Ability to work independently.
