Senior Information & Security Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst, to form part of the Information Security Analysts (ISA) team, within Banking Supervision. What is expected of you?

Supervision of work of Analysts in ISA team.
Regulatory Compliance Supervision.
Information Security Assessments.
Information Risk Assessments.
Review of IT Policies and Procedures
Examination of Service Level Agreements and IT Outsourcing.
Review of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Provisions.
Review and follow-up of issues identified through external auditors’ management letters when these are IT related.
Assist in the co-ordination and planning of the onsite inspections.
Other ad hoc supervision related duties as may be required by the Senior Management of the functions from time to time.
Represent the company at various working groups, task forces and similar groups.

A solid academic background in Business and Computing and/or Banking and Finance and/or in another financial services related subject. Ideally holding a qualification in CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CISSP.
An academic qualification in a relevant field of study at National Qualification Framework Level 6 or better, duly certified by the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) or a widely recognised professional qualification at a comparable level.
A minimum of Five (5) years working experience in a related area.
