Ensure that set goals of the team are achieved
Provide leadership and direction to the whole team

What are you expected to bring?
A Degree in Law, Accountancy, or Banking and Finance
A relevant post-graduate degree would be considered an asset
7 years experience in financial services and financial regulations
Experience in financial compliance is an asset
Excellent leadership skills and ability to work on tight deadlines
Excellent communication and planning skills
