Sales Call Rep - B2B Exp - (Commission Base)

This is a Remote Based Sales Call Representative position!

Connecticut Advertising agency looking to fill a Sales Call Representative position. You will be responsible for Sales Call inbound and outbound activities. The candidate should possess knowledge of initially cold calling and building rapport, following-up on the client and the final closure of clients. Job Description:

* Responsible for end-to-end resolution of a customers issue which might include the Initial call, follow-up call and final closure of clients.

* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

* Minimum 200 calls in a 24-hour time frame with spreadsheet proof of the calls made, the number of clients booked a meeting and the finalized deals.

* Execute routine inbound and outbound call activities concerning the business products/services, using our standard scripts with guidelines, in order to meet sales quota.

* Escalated issues based on procedures, complaints or concerns.

* Identifies customer needs and referring to past case studies if needed.

* Takes all necessary information from the customer to build rapport.

* High school diploma, equivalent or Previous experience as a Call Sales Representative.
