QA specialist for BPO company

For one of our clients – one of the largest customer experience companies in the world – we are looking for QA specialist with German and English

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Help standardize communication processes with customers;
Creates call monitoring formats and quality standards
Analyzes/Monitors performance of support staff and implements department
improvements;
Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff;
Liaise with Operational Team and Trainers to address poor performances;
Prepare monthly quality assurance plan;
Assess agents performance;
Works with managers and supervisors/ team leaders to calibrate monitoring
process.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the BPO industry;
Excellent conversational and written knowledge in German;
Very good command of English;
Good computer literacy;
Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detail;
Proven working experience in the field of customer support;
Experience on a similar possition is beneficial.
