PRODUCTION ENGINEER

- Establishes the objectives of the production department in line with the company's overall strategy;
- Prepare the production plans according to the orders and contracts;
- Organize the technological flow;
- Organize and coordinate the activity of the direct productive staff and the person responsible for the preparation of the production;
- Collaborates with the departments of the company (design, numerical orders, sales) for the good realization of the projects;
- Control finished products both quantitatively and qualitatively;
- Monitor and control the fulfillment of the plans;
- Ensures the continuity and operability of production;
- Follows supply of raw materials and monitors consumption;
- Identify bottlenecks in production and adopt the necessary measures to increase the efficiency and productivity of the activity;
- Produces regular productivity reports;
- Assess and motivate subordinate staff.

-Technical profiles;
-The experience of minimum 3 years on a production coordinator position is an advantage;
- Knowledge of technological processes, materials and equipment, specific working methods;
-Ability to organize, coordinate and develop production activities;
-English language skills at least of medium level;
-Theoretical knowledge of machine operation;
-Shares easy interpersonal relationships with company staff;
-Available on prolonged schedule when stressful situation imposes it;
-Serious, conscientious, orderly, pretentious with himself, a person of character.
