Operations Manager

- Manage and allocate the staff resources according to changing needs
- Use the IT systems and associate information resources to manage traffic flow in the hubs (Sibiu, Bucharest, Bacau), delivery times to the members depots;
- Use and analyze the data to evaluate forklift drivers performance and quality and to plan improvements;
- Develop our client's business by addressing logistical problems and producing new solutions;
- Willingness to perform also in night shifts, 3 days/ week
- Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, hubs costs and rising environmental pressures;
- Set objectives and motivate the team members;
- Responsible for timely communication and actions in case of challenges having an impact on delivery performance to members, management and other relevant stakeholders at all time;
- Manage and participate in projects as the Logistic Manager representative to meet business objectives.
- Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies
- Report and resolve any (trade) compliance issues.

• High school Diploma or local equivalent
• Logistics experience
• Advanced Office skills, in particular MS Excel
