Operations Manager

For one of our clients – we are looking for аn Operations Manager. Our partner is an expanding media service provider from Germany that develops and implements large-scale communication projects for well-known international brand manufacturers, including several premium automotive brands. With a team of more than 100 professionals at four offices, they create innovative media and content for the digital product communication of their clients. Тhe company covers all essential services from concept design to IT integration in-house.

Your responsibilities:
*Management of the production team (data preparation, 3D visualization and 2D post
production) at our office in Sofia;
*Responsibility for project schedules, keeping deadlines and high-quality results of
the required deliverables;
*Technical and organisational development designed to improve operations;
*Link to our technical and corporate management at the headquarter in Germany;
*Provide inspired leadership for the organisation;
*Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures;
*Involvement in the recruitment process, training, development and engagement of
the team.

Our requirements:
*University degree e.g. in Business Administration, in the area of 3D modelling or
similar;
*Several years of professional experience in digital media production;
*A proven record in successfully managing a project team and corresponding project
management skills;
*Solution-oriented work attitude and good analytical skills;
*Open-minded and communicative personality with a passion for commitment;
*Excellent organisational and technical skills;
*Willingness to travel to other European countries for business trips, mainly
Germany;
*Very good command of both spoken and written English, additional German
language skills would be considered and advantage.
